-October 27th, 2004:
After all the legal issues and internal procedures were successfully carried and approved officially by the Youth and Sports Office of the ministry of youth and Sports, Club Sagesse new management board was announced. 
It consists of the following:

Joseph Freiha - President
Sami Berberi - 1st Vice-president
Nadim Saade - 2nd Vice-president
Emile Rustom - Secretary General
Bechara Baz - Treasurer
Raymond Ghoussoub - Member
Talal Makdessi - Member

The committee main and most urgent matter is to provide funds for the Club in order to launch the football team activities, and try to recuperate the club's former basketball players who got their release from the former management and aren't consequently players of Sagesse anymore.
